How the 30-Day Deferred Pilot works.

Our team does the configuration — your county requirements, equipment, vendors, and historical records, all set up correctly before you ever have to answer “where do I stand?” You review it, onboard your team, and validate the setup.
The integration fee (paid upfront) covers that build-out; your Founder rate covers the next 36 months. Day 31, your account goes live and monthly billing begins.
Cancellation policy: Cancel days 1–15 for a 50% refund of your integration fee (work in progress). Cancel days 16–30, no refund (work substantially complete) but you keep your data export.
