Service Description
EvidLY provides operations intelligence for commercial kitchens, including compliance evaluation, inspection readiness, and operational analytics. Our service is designed to support — not replace — your existing compliance processes.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information entered into EvidLY and for all activity under your account. EvidLY evaluations and recommendations are advisory tools and do not guarantee specific inspection outcomes.
Subscription & Billing
Founder pricing is locked for the life of your subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise plans are governed by individual agreements.
Limitation of Liability
EvidLY provides compliance support tools and operational intelligence. We are not a legal, regulatory, or consulting firm. Our platform does not guarantee inspection results, regulatory compliance, or the absence of violations.
