EvidLY never holds the keys. Encryption keys are managed by the hosting infrastructure — no one at EvidLY can decrypt a stored file.
Read by software, not people. Your policies are never made available for anyone to view — not at EvidLY, not at any company we work with. There is no application path to open a stored document.
Never shared, never sold. Your policy, your contact details, and the information in them go to no third party — not carriers, not marketers, not data brokers. Your report is delivered only to you, and to your agent only when you authorized it.
What EvidLY retains is anonymous. Whether certain coverages and conditions were present — with nothing identifying you, your business, or your policy. Your name and contact details are removed when your policy is deleted.
Deleted on your schedule. Immediately after your report is delivered, or automatically on day 30.
