Inyo County follows the California Retail Food Code (CalCode) with a pass/fail inspection system outside of NPS Death Valley jurisdiction. Death Valley resort operations (Furnace Creek, Stovepipe Wells) fall under NPS/FDA Food Code enforcement. Online inspection data is extremely limited.
