Clark County, Nevada
The Score Behind Every Table.
Numeric Scoring
SNHD uses a demerit-based scoring system. Inspectors assess violations and assign demerit points based on severity. The total demerit count determines the letter grade posted at the establishment: A (0-10 demerits), B (11-20 demerits), C (21-40 demerits). Establishments exceeding 40 demerits face immediate closure. SNHD operates independently from the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH).
Point Deduction
Violations are scored by category and severity. Total points are published as the inspection score.
